Much false propaganda regarding apartheid has been spread across the world by the British and American media which is today simply accepted as the truth. Herewith a challenge and request to the so-called disadvantaged ANC regime to force apartheid, which they were exposed to, onto the freedom loving Afrikaner (and especially the Boer people). By freedom loving Afrikaner it is understood those approximately 1,5 million of us who wish to be free and don't want to suffer under the tyranny of the Anglo-American approved racist non-whites. (To prevent any misunderstanding we call ourselves "Boervolk" due to our proud history of fighting for our freedom).

The argument: if apartheid was so "evil" ............

Herewith the challenge:

We as the freedom loving Boervolk challenge the ANC regime to give us the same opportunities as were given by apartheid to them: how good or "bad" is may have been. This comprises amongst other the following:

1.    Give us our own economically sustainable area, as was Bophutha Tswana, Ciskei, Venda
or the Transkei.

2.    From you central government, pay us R1000 million over 30 years for our own
development (the approximate value paid to you at the current value of the South African
Rand).

3. Grants us our own universities and schools to run and develope for ourselves.

4. Grant us our own security forces as was given to you.

5. Grant us our own health services.

6. Grant us our own government with full power to control our internal and international
affairs.

7. Reward companies with concessions that settle in our area and who give preference to our
people in appointments, as was for you during apartheid.

8. If we wish to travel in your area, force us to carry a 'pass' (we will consider it a passport
and will not feel humiliated)

9. If we come to your area to buy postage stamps, let us stand in a separate queue where we
are server by our own people, and place a sign "Blacks Only" at the counters where you
don't want us to queue. (Follow this same procedure at shops, banks, public transport, in
other words, everywhere).

10. Prohibit us from marrying black people.

11. Prohibit us from becoming part of your sport teams, but allow us to control our own
sporting activities nationally and internationally.

12. If, once we have all these privileges, we still want to overthrow your government, treat us
as the apartheid security police treated you when you want to overthrow the apartheid
government (please note only after you have given us the same opportunity of an own
state as was given you)

13. Buy out the land where our own is to be and donate us the land so we can settle there.

14. Look at our historical claim in determining such an area (there is clear indication to this
area long before apartheid existed, bear this in mind).

15. Give our people who cannot afford it free or almost free first world medical services, as
was given to you.

16. Grant us the opportunity to refuse land ownership in our area to any non-citizen.

There are many other privileges granted to black people like ripe fruit waiting to be picked. Give us that same opportunity. If you don't want to do it you admit that you are dishonest, false and afraid that the truth will come out and we will succeed where you have failed. Don't be afraid, we will share with you the successes we believe we will bring. That which we share may not be disadvantageous, but must be our own choice, as it is the only way to form a basis for fairness and respect and self-respect.

Just some feedback for the Isidingo article.
Please stop picking their storyline apart.
If anyone can't relate to a bit of fiction then they shouldn't even watch the news.
Isidingo is just a soapie for goodness sake everyone knows that so if they get their medical knowledge mixed up so be it.
I would start to complain if it was a discovery channel program where people need facts to learn from, but what is there to learn from a soapie other than to relax and enjoy the end of day entertainment.
Pick on the corruption we see all around us then your column will be of some use.
